Thank you for choosing Resay AI. We aim to ensure you have a rewarding experience while exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products. Below are the terms applicable to refunds and cancellations.

Standard Terms

  • Subscription ServicesFull refund if canceled within 14 days, provided no significant usage (e.g., <100 voice minutes) has occurred.
  • Usage CreditsUnused credits purchased separately are refundable within 7 days of purchase.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Service fees for setup or onboarding already performed.
  • Usage charges for voice minutes that have already been consumed.
  • Custom development work, API integration services, or consulting hours.

How to Request a Refund

    Inspection & Approval

    Our team will review your account usage. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 24-48 hours.

    Payment Return

    If approved, the refund is processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank to reflect the credit.
